1922 Cadillac Type 61 Suburban 7 Passenger Sedan, with only 2,700 original miles, yes, 2,700 miles! This rare car was designated Body Style # 4410, cost an astounding $4,250, weighs in at 4,420 lbs., and rides on a 132-inch wheelbase. Although little changed from the Type 59 and 60 models of 1920 and 1921, the new Type 61 did feature a higher radiator and raised hood shoulders, as well as an aluminum hood. The Type 61 also benefited from a lowered center of gravity, but maintained the same ground clearance as before by using smaller diameter wheels. This wonderful example spent 60 years of its life in storage, with just three owners from new. It received a cosmetic restoration which was completed 10 years ago, has gorgeous Blue and Black paint, brilliant nickel and chrome plating, and has an all-original interior fitted in blue velvet mohair upholstery and wool carpet.
